- The sanitizer in the sanitizer pails range from 50 ppm to 100ppm. The sanitizer appeared clean and was schedule to be replaced in 30 minutes based on the sticker on the pail. The stock solution was examined, and when the auto dilutor was turned on, the liquid in the tubing turned to foam due to low volume. The operator changed the stock solution, and a satisfactory concentration from the stock solution was obtained.

- A leak was noticed on cooker 2346. Oil was being captured in a container. Earlier, the container was bumped, resulting in oil pooling on the floor. Action shall be taken to repair the leak. The oil on the floor was cleaned up during the inspection.Jan 29 update: A part has been ordered to fix the issue. There was no oil noted pooling on the floor.

- 1)There is a leak with the foutain pop machine, as liquid is routinely found under the pop machine. Action shall be taken to repair the leak and clean the area. - 1)The hand washing sinks have a build up of dirt and soap, this can lead to cross-contmination. Action shall be taken to clean these areas. The sinks were cleaned during inspection.2) The walls in the walk in cooler has a build up of flour dust. This area shall be cleaned to prevent build up of flour on the walls.3) Dried Pop syrup was noted on the floor in the rear storage area. The dried pop shall be clean up to prevent pest attraction.
