- Quats sanitizer bucket for soaking wiping cloth was measured at 100 PM (minimum 200 PPM) at the time of inspection. Operator changed it at the time of inspection and it was measured at 200 PPM. Quats sanitizer. Ensure Quats sanitizer is changed more frequently after lunch or meal rush hours. the sanitizer bucket was filled at 10:22 am and changed at 2:38 PM. Check with Quats sanitizer strips to ensure it is at least 200 ppm.

- Men's washroom liquid soap was empty. Operator put more liquid soap in the dispenser at the time of inspeciton.
