- Minor cockroach activity observed on traps in the facility. Ensure that pest control measures are taken to try and eliminate the presence of cockroaches in the facility.

- A small gap between the wall and the floor is observed beneath the front service counter which makes it difficult for staff to effectively clean. Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed to be smooth, resistant to moisture, and easily cleanable.
