      • 1) The child safety clips on a highchair located in the caterpillar room was observed to be broken, effecting its ability to effectively secure the child.Please repair the clip or replace the entire highchair.2) Push pins were used on bulletin boards and decor located in the caterpillar and pupa b rooms.Please remove the push pins from the indicated rooms to prevent potential puncture or choking hazards.

      • Paint cans and other chemicals were stored in the cabinet underneath the far right handwash sink located at the back of the facility without child safety locks.The operator immediately installed a child safety lock to prevent children from accessing the items.

      • The pedal of the caterpillar garbage bin located in the diaper changing area was inoperable.Please repair the garbage bin pedal or replace the entire garbage bin with one where the step pedal is functional.
