      • 1/6. 1) The first aid kit in the infant room did not have a CPR barrier. 2) The first aid kit in the black backpack in the Jr Preschool room did not have tweezers.

      • 1/6. The paint on the window ledges in several of the care rooms were peeling off. Repaint these areas.

      • 7/8. The mouthed toys from the Bumble Bee Infant room are washed in the handwashing sink. All toys must be washed in a designated toy washing sink. The toy washing sink cannot be a handwashing sink or washroom sink. The toys can be washed in the second sink in the Butterfly Toddler room.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 7/8. The handwashing basin in the Sunflower Senior Preschool Room washroom did not have any paper towels or towels. Ensure all handwashing sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 7/8. The concentration of the bleach sanitizer for the Butterfly Toddler room was measured at 25ppm. Ensure that the concentration of the sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm. Fresh solution with a concentration of 100ppm was prepared at the time of the inspection.
