      • There was no hot water at the hand wash sink in the mixed room and the preschool room at the time of inspection.Ensure all hand wash sinks have access to hot and cold running water for proper hand washing. The operator turned on the hot water for both hand wash sinks immediately.

      • Long tangling wires were observed in room 3.-Please ensure all long wires are kept out of children's reach to prevent against risk of entanglement.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Classroom's surfaces were not properly sanitized, bleach solution concentrations were measured at 10ppm and 50 ppm in room 1 and other classrooms respectively.-Please prepare and use 100-200ppm bleach solution to clean and sanitize surfaces, ensure to daily monitor the bleach concentration with appropriate test strip.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Mouthed toy bin was not available in room 1.-Please ensure a dedicated toy bin is available to store dirty toys.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Torn diapering mat was observed in the washroom used by rooms 1 and 3. -Please replace to ensure smooth, easy to clean and non- absorbent surface. 2. Same cleaning rags are used multiple times throughout the day to clean/disinfect the surfaces in room 3. -Please ensure cleaning rags are only used one time and not stored on the countertops for multiples uses throughout the day.
