      • Some bleach bottles are not labeled. Operator is advised all the chemical spray bottles. Concentration of bleach is tested nil in some spray bottles. Operator is advised to ensure that bleach solutions always contain required level of bleach in them.

      • Dish washing soap is provided at one of the hand wash sink along with hand washing soap. Operator indicated that this is used to wash dishes. Operator is advised not to wash dishes in this sink and remove the dish washing soap. Operator removed it at the time of inspection.

      • Four boxes are stacked over each other. It can cause hazard by falling on the children. Operator is advised not to stack the boxes this high in children access areas.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • A wall is constructed to divide a room. Proper doors are not installed, instead small cabinets are places to serve the purpose of the doors. Operator is advised to provide proper doors.

      • ** Safety belts for multiple highchairs located in the baby room were broken. Please replace the broken safety belts.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • -Observed duct tape on floor and duct tape around carpets. Reviewed facility must be maintained in such a way the surfaces can be easily cleaned. Observed residue around duct tape. Please find an alternative way to secure carpets/prevent tripping hazards that allows area to be easily cleaned. May 13, 2024: Duct tapes used to hold the edges of mats/area rugs appeared damaged/unclean and not easy to clean. Please find an alternative way to secure carpets/prevent tripping hazards that allows area to be easily cleaned.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • ** Soap dispensers for hand washing sinks located in the Preschool 2/Sunshine room and washroom were empty. The staff present replaced the empty soap containers during inspection.Please ensure hand washing sinks are always supplied with soap and paper towel.

      • Written documentation is not in place or is not being completed. Reviewed written documentation for the following: -Crib Safety Checklist-Equipment condition & maintenance (toy condition, walls, water temperatures, first aid kit, etc)May 13: Crib safety checklist and equipment condition & Maintenance checklists were not observed. Please add these to your checklists.

      • ** Spray bottles containing bleach sanitizer/disinfectant solution in the toddler room, OSC/kinder room, baby room and preschool 1 room were labelled. Please ensure the spray bottles are labelled indicating its content.
