- Quats is used to sanitize food prep surfaces. The concentration in the spray bottle was above 500ppm. The instructions on the bottle of concentrate indicate that to make a 200ppm quat solution, only 1/4tsp of concentrate would be needed in a 1L spray bottle of water. Please ensure that the solution is mixed correctly.

- Bleach is used to sanitize surfaces however the solution in the spray bottle had no measurable chlorine, likely due to the addition of essential oils. Chlorine will react with any kind of organic matter, including oils, soaps or dirt, which causes the chlorine to be used up faster. Please only mix bleach and water in the sanitizer bottle. Corrected During Inspection.
