      • The current food handling permit was not posted.Ensure the current food handling permit is posted where it is visible to those accessing the kitchen.

      • Several cabinet doors are broken and/or missing. Repair and replace the missing doors.One cabinet that was broken has been replaced with a wooden shelf that is currently holding a microwave. The shelf is raw wood.Finish the wood in some way so that it is smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.

      • Countertops in several areas are lifting, including near the handwashing sink and near the stove.Ensure the counters are maintained so they are smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean. Counters must be securely sealed to prevent water infiltration.

      • The ventilation system was last inspected Jan 29, 2024.Ensure the ventilation system is inspected at least once per year or as recommended by a fire inspector.
