      • Previously: Quats sanitizer solution in the spray bottle registered at 400 ppm, which is too concentrated and may leave chemical residues on surfaces and equipment. January 20, 2026: Quats sanitizer solution in the spray bottle registered at 300 ppm.Corrective action: Quats sanitizer solutions should have a concentration of 200 ppm, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

      • Previously: Cold storage temperatures were satisfactory, with the exception of the sausage cooler which measured between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius during the inspection. January 20, 2026: The sausage cooler was still measuring between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius, however it did not contain any food products at the time of re-inspection. The staff member onsite indicated that an appointment has been booked to have the cooler serviced. Corrective action: Please continue to refrain from displaying food items in the sausage cooler until it can be serviced and maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less.

Please have the sausage cooler serviced so that it can maintain a satisfactory temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or lower, or continue to display these products in your functioning cooler.
