      • Observation: - Rodent Droppings observed under the two compartment sink by the dishwasher. Staff stated they have recently caught one.
      • - Hole observed where the pipe comes out of the ground.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Staff will fill the hole with steel wool.
      • - Instructed staff to disinfect the area where the rodent droppings are with 1000ppm bleach (10x the amount normally used, 25ml bleach to 1L water).
      • - Please clean droppings, fill in any holes and gaps, and monitor for more signs.
      • Cleaning and gap filling to be completed by: Oct 28, 2023
      • Should more droppings appear please contact professional pest control for full assesment and help to eliminate rodents.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed toppings for sandwiches out at room temperature (i.e lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, etc.) as prep cooler is in need of repair.
      • Corrective Action(s): In the interim, all toppings should be kept on ice to maintain temperature at 4C or below. Ice bath prepared, thank you

      • Corrective Action(s): Chow mein is a potentially hazardous food and cannot be left out at room temperature. You may keep the chow mein in a hot holding unit at 60C or above OR in a cooler at 4C or below.
      • Chow mein was prepared 1.5 hours ago and was moved to cooler immediately. You may continue to reheat per order.
