      • Thawing of meat on pallet in back storage area. Meat was moved into a walk in cooler.Meat is to be thawed in a cooler. Smaller items can be thawed in a sink compartment. Bagged and water bath.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse dropping were found in the back kitchen underneath the sink.Clean up the dropping and monitor to determine extent pest activity.
