The back splash to the long handwashing sink is loose and requires sealing along the bottom edge of the left corner. 2. Please ensure and the back splash is maintained in good repair. Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable and easily cleanable,

      • The bleach sanitizer in the party room is noted at 0ppm. Please ensure the bleach sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm and tested with a test strip. The operator replaced the sanitizer during the inspection, and it measured 200 ppm.
