    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Bowl of cold noodle temperature was measured at 21C. Operator stated they cook the noodle and let it rest for 5 minutes.- Bowl of noodle was discarded and operator was instructed to rapidly cool with ice to ensure noodles are not left at temperature danger zone.
