- Half frozen bags of meat sitting on counter thawing. Operator moved them into a cooler during inspection.ENSURE:Foods are thawed either under cold running water, in a microwave, or in a cooler of 4C or less.

- Blue door left open while screen door closed. The screen door being closed has many gaps resulting in pest entry points REPEAT VIOLATION.The blue door being closed also has gaps.ENSURE:At all times doors are to remain closed that results in no gaps causing a pest entry point.

ENSURE:The facility is free from pest entry points.Until the door is repaired the outer screen door is kept closed.2. Numerous flies noted in facility.ENSURE:Pests are free from the facility.If fly strips are used, they are not stored over food handling, food storage, or dishwashing areas.

- Walk-in freezer measured -2C. The operator indicated the freezer was turned on an hour before inspection. No food stored at the time. The standup freezer and the chest freezer both measured below -18C.ENSURE:Freezers operate at -18C or below.Until the freezer is verified to be operating at -18 or below, use alternate freezers.
