      • Mechanical dishwasher was unable to reach the minimum temperature of 160F during the rinse cycle.ENSURE:High temperature dishwashers reach at least 160F during the rinse cycle.Until the dishwasher is repaired, reusable equipment and utensils are sanitized in a 100-ppm bleach solution for two minutes followed by a two-minute air dry.
