     • Expired and Missing items:- Anti-septic wipes in the first aid kit are expired.- Expired Sterile pads.* Please ensure to have a fully stocked first aid kit. The entire list has been attached with the email.
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • - There is a very large wooden storage unit on wheels. The unit is constructed of unfinished wood. The unit is used for storing the children's personal items, and other supplies. The unit is painted, but there were few spots which require repainting and/or refinishing.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: - Fully finish the storage unit so that it is smooth and easily to clean and disinfect.
   • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
     • - The storage room is unorganized. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: - Clean and organize the storage room to facilitate cleaning and pest monitoring.
