- Observation(s): Maggots were stored adjacent to food in the back upright refrigerator. All bait must be kept in a separate location than food products intended for human consumption.

- Observation(s): Back door was open at time of inspection. Ensure if door is to remain open a screen is put in place to prevent the entry of pests.

- Observation(s): An open bottle of salsa which stated "refrigerate after opening" was observed at room temperature. This item was moved to a refrigerator at the time of inspection. Note: It is strongly recommended that refrigeration temperatures are logged on a daily basis to ensure equipment is operating at adequate temperatures.

- Observation(s): Manual dishwashing was occurring by washing, sanitizing then rinsing. As discussed ensure the steps are wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry. An employee corrected this at the time of inspection and signage will be replaced indicating the steps in the correct order by the owner.

- Observation(s): Fly tape was observed hanging over a food preparation counter. Ensure if fly tape is going to be used for pest control that it does not hang over a food preparation area. This item was removed at the time of inspection. Note: Alternative fly control device will be considered such as an electric fly trap.
