- The soap dispenser was not working at the hand wash station located by the three-compartment sink. The soap from the dishwashing area was moved to the hand sink during the inspection. The facility had access to other hand wash stations that were fully equipped.Please ensure that the soap dispenser is fixed and that all hand wash stations are fully equipped.
