      • The bleach sanitizer solution spray bottle was not properly labeled at the time of inspection. The manager labeled the bottle during the inspection. Ensure that all sanitizer solution bottles be clearly labeled with the name of the solution and its concentration to ensure proper identification and safe use.

      • A prescription vial containing medication, belonging to a staff member, was found in an unsecured drawer. The location was accessible to children, presenting a potential safety risk. Ensure that all medications are stored securely in locations that are inaccessible to children.

      • The handle of the bottom cabinet was found to be in disrepair, which prevented the child lock from being properly secured.Ensure that the handle of the identified cabinet is repaired promptly, and that the child lock is properly secured.

      • Expired alcohol wipes were found in the first aid kit. The manager was advised to routinely check first aid supplies for expiry and adequacy.Ensure the first aid kits are adequately supplied and regularly checked for the supplies.
