Food was still 60C and above Hot holding unit was not ready.-Maintain hot foods at 60C or above-Operator instructed to reheat foods to 74C-Operator should prepare hot holding unit prior to arrival of hot foods

      • There was no hand soap at the hand washing sink. Corrected during the inspection.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • *Hot holding unit was not operating at the beginning of the inspection - there electrical issues with the cord. Corrected by the technician onsite.* It was not set up at required time.

      • The food vendor was not ready at least one hour prior to the event. Thus, the inspector informed the vendor that they cannot attend the event for that day. A follow-up inspection would be required.
