- Meat products are cooked for lunch hour meal usually. Other snacks are pre-prepared or store bought. Operator indicated they didn't know where the thermometer was on site. Please work on using a thermometer so that meat temperatures reach 74C for cooking. Chicken finger products are pre-cooked. And ground beef is frozen in freezer. Operator states meats are thawed in fridge. Please obtain working probe thermometer to test doneness of meat products.
