    • 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
      • Observation: Sheet linoleum floor in kitchen has become separated and is lifting along the seems. Also, the floor in-front of the 2-compartment sink is damaged. These conditions do not allow for proper cleaning of the floor and condition will get worse if floor is not repaired.
      • Corrective Action: Floor in kitchen must be repaired or refinished to provide a surface that's smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
    • 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
      • Observation: Wire rack shelves in walk-in cooler are rusting which could come loose and contaminate foods.
      • Corrective Action: Wire rack shelves must be cleaned to remove loose rust and refinished, or replaced.
