      • Observed staff personal belongings (jackets) stored on chairs next to the cooler/freezer in the dishwashing area. - Please ensure personal belongings, such as jackets, are stored separately from food and food equipment to prevent cross contamination.

      • Observed a cardboard box of bread stored on the floor in the dishwashing sink area. - Please ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches above the floor on shelves, racks, or pallets. - Corrected during inspection.

      • 1. Observed three bottles of coffee creamer (Birthday Cake, Sweet & Creamy, and Almond Cherry, each 946 mL) stored on the counter without temperature control. The product labels indicate “Keep Refrigerated.” The Birthday Cake and Sweet & Creamy creamers were nearly empty, while the Almond Cherry creamer was full. - The operator stated that she overlooked the label and did not realize the products require refrigeration. - All three items were discarded during the inspection.2. Observed two bottles of syrup (caramel and strawberry, each 428 mL) stored on the counter after opening without temperature control. The product labels state “Keep Refrigerated After Opening.” - The operator reported that she overlooked the label and did not realize the products require refrigeration after opening.- The two bottles of syrup were discarded during the inspection.

      • The back hand sink was obstructed by gloves, sanitizer spray bottles, and a sink hose.- Please ensure the hand sink is easily accessible and is not obstructed.

      • One ceiling tile is water damaged above the 3-compartment sink.Please replace the water damaged ceiling tile.

      • The back counter is not well organized. - Please ensure the counter is kept organized to allow for proper cleaning and pest control.

      • The garbage container underneath the back hand sink was full and overflowing. - Please ensure garbage is properly managed and that containers are emptied regularly before they become overfilled.
