      • Reprocessed nail clippers had debris and were unclean.Ensure that semi-critical equipment is thoroughly cleaned and visually inspected prior to disinfection.

The disinfectant was left on surfaces for approximately 10 minutes, whereas the manufacturer specifies a required contact time of 20 minutes.Ensure that all chemical products are used according to the manufacturer's instructions, including required contact times, to ensure effective disinfection.2. Alcohol was being used to disinfect surfaces.Only use an approved disinfectant with a DIN.
