     • Temperature of the main fridge was 9 CTemperature of the bar fridge in the classroom was 12 CPlease ensure that both fridges are addressed/replaced if cannot be fixed. Temperatures should be reading 4 C or below.Please educate staff on proper temperature monitoring as both log sheets indicated temperature to be 4 C despite thermometer in the fridge showing a different number. Add ice packs to fridge and try to not open it so much during lunch/snack rush.
