- Hot water disinfection dishwasher was not reaching high enough temperature to properly sanitize dishes. Operator told inspector the low temperature warning was usually on.Discussed with GM Tania. Permission to use a cap of bleach every load (measured 200-300 PPM) until proper repair can be made.
