      • Operator filled Ammonia cleaner instead of bleach water sanitizer. Operator refilled bleach water sanitizer spray bottle at the time of inspeciton and it was measured at 200 ppm ( minimum: 100 ppm). Ensure chlorine test strips available for spot check in this kitchen as well. not just in the main kit
