- Additional markings/discoloration of ceiling finishes which may be due to excess levels of dust within the ventilation system. Due to the ceiling height, cannot confirm if leaks are present. However, observed rings of discoloration around sprinkler heads on the ceiling in the pool area. Many more vents had dust markings - additional "spotting" on the ceiling above the wheelchair lift was observed. Investigate for any leaks and conduct necessary repairs. Ensure finishes are maintained in a clean condition.

Ensure a watertight seal is formed where required.
