      • 2. There was damage on the wall in the infant room by the entrance and in the aged 4-5 room by the blue carpet. Please repair the walls so that the surface is smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean.

      • 1.The surface underneath the diapering mats was dirtyPlease clean the area underneath the diapering matts in the infant room and ensure all diapering areas are in a clean and sanitary condition.2. There was damage on the wall in the infant room by the entrance and in the aged 4-5 room by the blue carpet. Please repair the walls so that the surface is smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean.3. The bathroom cupboard in the 4-5 year old room was damaged exposing the unfinished wood below. Please repair/replace the cupboard so it is smooth, waterproof, and easy to clean4. There was mold and debris in the washer door gasket seal. Please clean the gasket seal so there is no mold or debris in the washing machine.

      • The diapering area in the infant room was being used for other activities such as cleaning sleeping mats and resting items on the diapering area. Please ensure that no other activities besides diapering are occurring at the diapering station.

      • Toys were being washed in the hand sink in the 4–5-year-old room. Toys must be washed in a designated sink or dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • A tote full of supplies and pieces of wood were being stored in the aged 3-4 rooms bathroom. Other items such as sleeping mats were also being stored in the bathrooms throughout the facility. Please remove items stored in the bathroom and store them in a separate area.

      • **Updated Feb 5th, 2026:Children's backpacks were stored together in a bin in the 4–5-year-old room. Please ensure children's items are stored separately wither their other belongings and not combined together. **There is an insufficient amount of cubbies/hooks/lockers (storage space) for each child's personal belongings.Please ensure there are enough cubbies/hooks/lockers for each child as their personal belongings (bags, coats, backpacks, etc.) must be separated from each child and not touching one another.

      • There are extra folded tables along the backside of the wall and an unused/non-functioning black cooler/refrigerator at the front of the classroom. Please remove these excess items as children can easily access them.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • There is an insufficient amount of cubbies/hooks/lockers (storage space) for each child's personal belongings.Please ensure there are enough cubbies/hooks/lockers for each child as their personal belongings (bags, coats, backpacks, etc.) must be separated from each child and not touching one another.
