      • 1. Two cleaning products were observed in use. One bleach solution was prepared at an appropriate concentration. However, an additional premade store-bought cleaning solution was also being used on food-contact surfaces. Staff indicated this product was used for cleaning surfaces, but it appeared to be highly concentrated and may leave harmful residue if used on countertops. Ensure only properly diluted, approved sanitizing solutions are used on food-contact surfaces, and that staff measure and prepare solutions according to guidelines.2. The bathroom door leading directly into the kitchen was observed to be open. Ensure doors between washroom areas and food preparation areas remain closed to prevent potential contamination.
