- Soup in hot holding was measured to be at 35C. The operator indicated that the soup was placed cold into the hot holding unit and will take some time to heat up.Please note that cold pre-cooked food cannot be placed inside a hot holding unit. Pre-cooked soup must be reheated as quickly as possible to at least 74C before being placed inside the hot holding unit. Ensure the hot holding unit is pre-heated/plugged in.

- Owners are temporarily permitted to wash dishes via two compartment sink method using two food grade containers until their commercial dishwasher is installed. Dec 01, 2023: The proposed mechanical dishwasher has not been installed. Please note that use of food grade containers and the single compartment sink in the facility for dishwashing was only permitted temporarily. Appropriate dishwashing sinks or dishwasher must be installed immediately.
