    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • The first-aid kit contained expired alcohol swabs. The operator provided photos of a newly obtained Type 2 kit.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • -Toy washing was being conducted at the same sinks used for hand washing. To prevent cross-contamination, sinks used for washing toys cannot be the same sinks used for handwashing. Education was provided. Please use one sink for toy washing and a container for soaking toys with a bleach sanitizer solution, or clean and sanitize sinks after handwashing.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • -Small fabric plush chairs were soiled. Please clean and sanitize the items or remove them if they cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized.
