- A few boxes of drinking on floor in entrance to 'dungeon' where water pump and other mechanical items are stored. Ensure drinks are stored off the floor (on shelf).
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Water in handwashing station is cold for comfortable handwashing (add warm kettle water). Rather than a toilet paper roll, paper towel must be provided to adequately dry hands.
