      • Insufficient lighting was observed in the dry storage area. Please ensure that adequate lighting is provided in this space.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Mould-like growth was observed on various surfaces of the walk-in cooler. Please ensure the walk-in cooler is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All visible mould-like growth must be removed, and affected surfaces disinfected using appropriate cleaning agents.During cleaning, staff must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize exposure to mould spores. Additionally, all food must be protected or temporarily removed during the cleaning process to prevent cross-contamination.The cooler door does not self-close, and the door seal was found to be damaged and dragging on the floor. This may be contributing to the mould issue by allowing warm air and moisture into the cooler, disrupting temperature control and creating ideal conditions for mould growth.Please repair the cooler door and seal to ensure it functions properly and maintains appropriate internal conditions. Regular cleaning and maintenance are also strongly recommended to prevent recurrence of these issues.
