- 1. The concentration of quaternary ammonium solution was noted to be at 100 ppm.Please ensure that the concentration of quat solution is maintained at 200 ppm.2. Cleaning cloths were noted on the counter. Please ensure that all cleaning cloths are stored in a sanitizing solution at all times
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The surface temperature of the display cooler was noted to be between 8 to 9 degrees C. The internal temperature of food items was noted to be between 6 - 6.6 degrees C. All these food items were moved to the walk-in-cooler during the inspection. The operator was advised to repair the display cooler.

- Washroom door was noted to be open at the time of inspection. Please keep this door closed at all times. Please install self-closing mechanism to this door.
