- Observation(s): F 2.5 pls see comment under F2.7 re: hand wash sink in the store needs repair ( to supply hot water)
- F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.

- Observation(s): No Air Drying Rack for the dishwashing area of the store A two compartment sink was installed for warewashing of food contact surfaces ( slushie machine parts)
- F2.6A Warewashing equipment must be of the type and capacity to meet the needs of the premises.

- Observation(s): No hot water supplied at the sink ( a plumbing part is missing).

- F2.7C Handwashing station must be supplied with single-service product for drying hands.
- F2.7D Handwashing stations must be maintained, adequate in number and location, to ensure convenient access to all employees.

- Observation(s): No objections to sales of pre-packaged food and/or beverages Approval for proposed sales of slushies is pending- infractions on this report must be corrected and resolved ( and follow up inspection conducted) to obtain approval

- Observation(s): Operator is required to submit detailed proposed floor plan changes file review shows 1 copy of floor plan on file for the store ( submitted by Admin LHH Resort at the time of original application Feb 1, 2023).
- F3.2A Changes to the premises must only be made with approval of plans and specifications by the health officer.
- F3.2B Facility must be constructed to the specification of the approved plans.

- Observation(s): Approval has not been granted for the additional equipment being proposed ( slushie machine). One of the conditions for the approval will be to have the BWN lifted from the water supply system at Lakeside Heffley Hideaway.

- Observation(s): A slushie machine has been added in the space ( counter for coffee self service) after the plan approval letter was issued to Owner/Operator at the time of the original application.
