- A carton of milk and yogurt tubes were observed on a self-serve table outside the kitchen at room temperature. Operator put food items into the fridge upon request. Please note that food items were set outside for lunch service. All high-risk food items that are meant to be stored under refrigeration must be stored at a temperature of 4 degrees C or lower to prevent bacterial growth. Ensure that high-risk food items are stored in the fridge promptly when not in use or when food service has concluded.
