      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed handwashing sink obstructed at time of inspection. Empty gelato containers in sink
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all empty gelato containers are rinsed out in back 3-Cmpt sink. Hand washing sink is only to be used to wash your hands, no dishwashing is to occur in this sink.

      • Observation: 1. Observed bare wood underneath countertops and behind 3 compartment sink
      • 2. Observed several wooden Ice cream cone holders with slots for cones that are rough and unsealed
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Paint/Seal all bare wood in facility - to be completed by July 4th, 2018
      • 2. Smooth out holes, paints/seal. All ice cream cones removed at time of inspection. do not use until work is completed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sanitizer not available for wiping cloths, milkshake machine and milk wand at espresso machine.
      • 2. Sanitizer in spray bottle >400ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure a solution of 100ppm Chlorine is available at in a bucket for wiping cloths, in a cup for the milkshake machine, and a separate container with a wiping cloth for the milk wand.
      • 2. Sanitizer in spray bottle to be changed to 100ppm Cl - 1/2tsp for 1L water = 100ppm Cl
      • Ensure sanitizer in open containers are changed routinely throughout the day (every 3-4 hours). In spray bottle, solution to be changed daily.
