- 2. Smooth out holes, paints/seal. All ice cream cones removed at time of inspection. do not use until work is completed.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sanitizer not available for wiping cloths, milkshake machine and milk wand at espresso machine.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure a solution of 100ppm Chlorine is available at in a bucket for wiping cloths, in a cup for the milkshake machine, and a separate container with a wiping cloth for the milk wand.

- Ensure sanitizer in open containers are changed routinely throughout the day (every 3-4 hours). In spray bottle, solution to be changed daily.
