- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed an insert full of frozen hamburgers, 3 bag of frozen french fries, and a package of frozen sausage on the counter at time of inspection at room temperature
- Corrective Action(s): All products except for two patties were still frozen solid. Two patties were discarded at time of inspection.
- Please be mindful of the amount of food taken out for busy periods. You should only be taking a small amount of food out that will last you 30 mins to an hour. Leaving a large amount of food out at room temperature increases the risk of time/temperature abuse as well as risk of foodborne illnesses.
