- At time of inspection:1. Some doors (leading to the exterior of this building) were not properly sealed at the bottom. After reviewing the pest control professional inspection reports for the previous three (3) months, it also indicates that some doors contained "gaps" and thus were not properly sealed.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Devise a work order for the maintenance department to inspect all doors (that lead to the exterior of this entire building). For any doors that contain gaps or possible pest entry points, ensure all of these doors are properly sealed - to prevent the entrance of pests.

- At time of inspection:1. The exhaust ventilation system expiry sticker indicates that these appliances are overdue for inspection / cleaning. After further investigation, the operator was able to supply evidence that the exhaust ventilation systems were previous inspected / cleaned on March 9, 2026. Therefore, it appears that the expiry stickers were not properly updated by the certified professional with the next expiry date.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Contact the responsible certified exhaust ventilation duct cleaning professional / company and ensure expiry stickers are posted on each applicable stainless steel appliance within this kitchen.
