    • A sufficient volume of water is filtered, disinfected and passed through the pool each day (turnover rate).
      • Fail to have a functional flow meter present.
    • Testing water chemistry in accordance with the Regulation is conducted during the daily use period (TA, pH, FAC, TC, Br).
      • Fail to ensure that testing is being conducted once every 4 hrs until the daily use period has ended for a public pool with an automatic sensing device.
    • Where cyanurate stabilization is maintained in outdoor pools, free available chlorine (FAC) reads a minimum of 1.0 ppm and not more than 10 ppm, in association with a cyanuric acid concentration of not greater than 60 ppm.
      • Fail to maintain cyanuric acid concentration of 60 ppm of less.
    • Records as prescribed in the Regulation are kept and signed by the operator and are retained for a period of 1 year.
      • Fail to record test required in subsection 7(11) and 7(12) of the Regulation (i.e. TA, pH, FAC, TC, Br, water clarity, water temperature) every 2 hrs (without an automatic sensing device) or every 4 hrs (with an automatic sensing device).
