- The sanitizer was observed to be a mixture of vinegar and soap. The operator immediately made a new sanitizer bottle of bleach solution and tested it at 100 ppm.

- Scoops were observed submerged in the dry goods bins in the cupboards. The operator removed the scoops, and the scoops were cleaned and sanitized.
