- 2. Janitorial rooms are dirty, have chemicals that are not food grade and are not meant to store food. Move carts out of the room and store elsewhere until going to process the food.

- Dishware in the Meat Dept was not being sanitized as the chemcial dispensing unit had an empty sanitizer bottle. Staff did not replace the bottle as there was no more, however there is an alternate chemical sanitizer used in the Deli and Produce Dept.. Bacteria will not be killed on dishware.

- Immediately use the alternative chemical sanitizer to sanitize dishware in the Meat Dept, until the pink Quats solution arrives. Train staff in the Meat Dept on the use of the alternate chemical sanitizer.
