     • Operator was making and selling high-risk foods: empanadas, cheesecake, tamales, tacos etc. out of her home kitchen without a valid food permit. Closure order was issued.**All high-risk food sold to the public must be made and sold out of an AHS approved commercial kitchen and food operator must hold a valid food permit
