      • ** The white shelving unit was not secured to the wall. Please ensure all shelving over four feet is properly secured from possible tipping. There was also a toy stuck behind the shelving unit.** Hand sanitizer throughout the program was expired. This included hand sanitizer in room and hand sanitizer in the outdoor backpacks.

      • ** Paint was observed in the cupboard under the sink in the room and was accessible to the children. Please move to an alternate location which is inaccessible to children.> removed Dec 02 2024** the surface of the shelf in the girls washroom was lifting. Refinishing required so that the surface is smooth and cleanable.> shelf liner replaced. Dec 02 2024
