- Corrective Action: Ensure handwashing stations have hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Staff provided soap and paper towels during inspection. (corrected). Staff mention new soap dispenser will be installed above handwashing station.

- Immediately clean the mentioned areas to remove the food. Take off all packages of food and containers of food from shelves and cupboards. Wash and scrub the surfaces with hot, soapy water and then sanitize with bleach solution. Increase the frequency this is done.
