- The commercial dishwasher was reaching a temperature of 68.5C after the first run and 68.0C after the second run which is not adequate for proper sanitization. The dishwasher technician was scheduled to come on the same day as the dishwasher was also leaking slightly.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- A slight leak was also observed at the kitchen faucet and underneath form the plumbing. The church maintenance is to repair.
