     • Observation: Mouse droppings observed in right corner adjacent to right warehouse loading bay and behind metal wire shelving in the middle of the west warehouse wall.
     • Ensure clutter in corners of warehouse is minimized (ie. scrap wood from pallettes) is removed to allow for ease of cleaning and pest control observation.
     • Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
     • Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
