      • Sanitizer not available for the limited sanitizing of surfaces such as on top of the freezers. Staffadvised to obtain a sanitizer such as Lysol or a bleach-water solution for use. Minimal food handling occurswithin the truck, most primarily takes place in the kitchen.

      • Reach-in Danby cooler is providing storage temperatures of 11C in the middle and lowershelves, while the top shelf is providing an average temperature below 4C. The cooler had just been turnedon 30 minutes prior to the inspection being conducted after being unplugged.Staff advised to relocate the perishable ingredients and pre-prepared foods to one of the freezers in themeantime while the cooler cools down to 4C overall.
